Handseals for jutsus

In short this topic is simple, give hand seals to jutsu that do not require hand seals and show that they have some sort of instant casting. The reason why is to simply stop this instant casting of jutsu. They always go reply with "since it says in the wiki/fanon page that its no hand seal just a gesture then its incredibly hard/impossible to dodge" . I'm not comparing this game to other games but i'm more then sure that they give hand seals to these types of jutsus to prevent that.
