Reasoning: Either way, my main character will be made in Kirigakure. But, who doesn't want a starter position? In all reality, a majority of the admins will make their mains in Suna or Konoha, and I'd prefer we not go down a repeat path. With an admin in Kiri, they won't be the underdog because of being neglected at times. I will spark RP, and maintain it.
