Basically from this report we plan to have a actual economy, only village leaders are able to reply and make topics and they are able to make custom reports, this is seen as actual paperwork that leaders fill in, only rule that is supposed to be followed is to be honest, every single answer is to be zero out of one hundred, it is a nearly precise way to rate a village.
