Village News
With the recent departure of the First Hokage, the Hidden Leaf is in shock, but not for long, as a new charismatic leader has emerged! Along with the sudden drop in Moral, the quality of equipment has also suffered due to lack of enthusiasm in the workplace. This also has a good side because of the lower quality of the goods, they can be made more quickly and cheaper causing the quantity of equipment around the village to skyrocket! The land of Fire is also enjoying a prosperous growing season, giving the village a small surplus of food currently. Alas, due to the focus on Food, the Village is low on it's resources at the moment, but it will surely be powered through this problem with it's more than satisfactory Military and Academy attendance. The Land of Fire also has adequate medical caregivers and equipment.

The academy has currently pass a new class of Genin! Nearly the entire student body was able to pass, beefing up the strength of Konoha's military.

The farm has recently been cleaned up by a group of Genin, giving them a decent bit of experience and cash! While restoring a large part of Konoha's food production.

A squad of Shinobi has recently returned from the mines, bringing in a fresh harvest of minerals. Simultaneously, another batch of Shinobi was collecting some lumber. Both of these actions significantly help Konoha's resource situation.

The Hokage took it upon himself to repair the damage done to the gates some weeks ago. The sight of fully repaired gates gives the population a sense or safety and pride.
